Job Description
- Manage project flow from request to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic marketing and client objectives.
- Track project timelines and budgets, proactively communicating deadlines and reprioritizing as needed.
- Anticipate key milestones, project dependencies, and downstream implications to ensure successful outcomes.
- Handle mostly Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects, while also managing Tier 1 projects as needed.
- Oversee project scoping, planning, and financial management, including forecast monitoring.
- Create and manage project schedules, providing clear timelines to clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between marketing, creative teams, and third-party vendors involved in digital and print production.
- Identify and mitigate risks, addressing pipeline capacity and scope creep concerns.
- Collaborate with business partners to develop creative briefs and messaging strategies.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and escalate quality risks as necessary.
- Provide creative and requirement recommendations based on project needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Workfront experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in creative content production.
- Strong client relationship management skills with the ability to engage and align stakeholders.
- Proven ability to assess projects/processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate requirements and project status updates.
- Understanding of creative production processes and workflow optimization.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and issue-resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to collaborate in both team-based and independent work settings.
- High attention to detail with the ability to implement innovative project execution strategies.
