Crouse Health is hiring an Assistant to the Director to work Monday - Friday: 6:30 am - 2:00 pm with other shifts assigned
Pay Range: $25.40-31.75/hour
Assistant to the Director Position Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative support to the assigned Director as well as other department leadership and staff.
- Duties may include but not limited to:
- Scheduling/Coordinating meeting arrangements.
- Confidential material preparation.
- Accounts payable.
- Payroll and clerical support.
Assistant to the Director Position Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required, Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years in professional, fast-paced office setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
