The Director Human Resources is responsible for overseeing all HR management and department operations including recruitment & retention, compensation & benefits, labor relations and performance management to adhere to all hospital policies and procedures. Duties include communicating between hospital leadership and management, managing the HR department budget and coordinating with management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Education:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management or a business related field. Masters in Business or business related field preferred. SPHR or PHR preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Minimum Seven (7) to Ten (10) years experience in Human Resource Management with five (5) years being in a management position. Solid knowledge of Lawson or other HRIS and candidate tracking systems required.
Salaried Position: $150k based on experience
