WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone to manage our accounts payable and bookkeeping, and assist the controller. You will work with other members of the finance team to ensure the company functions efficiently and to improve financial processes. We want someone with experience in an office environment, either directly in bookkeeping or another financial role.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Paying bills
- Classifying bank transactions
- Reviewing and reconciling bills and statements
- Downloading transactions for QuickBooks and ACHs
- Tracking commissions and credit card activities
- Managing receivable insurance
- Handling sales tax and other tax payments.

- Knowledge of QuickBooks: Ability to handle journal entries, generate reports, and perform bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel: Comfortable with spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
- Understanding of Accounting Principles: Basic knowledge of accounting to ensure accurate financial documentation.
