Position Title: Business Analyst III, Process Improvement (P3)

Role
The Process Improvement Team leads Towers teams through improving and optimizing processes and systems within the business unit. The Business Analyst, Process Improvement III will support the process, people, and systems for a portion of the Integrated Order to Order process. They will independently work on improvement projects and require minimal guidance, leading the implementation of process improvement projects to achieve desired results. Although not in a supervisory role, the Business Analyst, Process Improvement III may provide guidance or direction on project work to teammates and may mentor and train junior Business Analysts in the complexities of assigned work. They will possess and apply a broad knowledge of principles, best practices, and procedures in process improvement and have a deep knowledge of the processes, people, and systems they support, acquired through company experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead moderately complex process improvement projects to achieve desired results
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors
- Analyze stakeholder needs, identify gaps, identify risks and define capabilities for an acceptable solution to the business problem
- Work with subject matter experts in gathering and documenting accurate project requirements
- Coordinate various ad-hoc reporting, data collection, and research and analysis duties to support project decisions
- Draft, review, revise, and obtain stakeholder approval for a variety of improvement project deliverables, including process flow diagrams, task detail sheets, procedure documentation, and role & responsibility matrices
- Maintain the proper housing of process documentation, including version control and system updates

Education/Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
- Lean Six Sigma preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Five (5) years’ experience supporting improvement projects and works independently on larger, moderately complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work effectively on multiple complex projects/programs in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with and practice of the five project management process groups
- Familiarity with the Integrated Order to Order process (Towers) and cross-functional experience at Crown Castle required
- Experience with Visio preferred
- CSM and FSM ServiceNow experience ideal
- Proven experience with process design and process mapping

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
The pay range offered for this position is $87,700-$120,600 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
