LOCATION : Crown is building a brand new manufacturing facility in Mesquite, NV. This state-of-the-art facility will manufacture specialty beverage cans for some of the top consumer product companies. We are in the process of assembling a world class team of individuals to operate this facility and are looking for Preventative Maintenance and Repair Technicians.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- This position includes reviewing key indicators effecting quality & production (excessive spoilage & low production etc) with shift Supervisor and prioritizing maintenance, inspecting and resolving any issue with can quality, participating in production meetings, assisting Back End and / or Front End Coordinator & PM&R Supervisor with coordinating conversion teams and suggest corrective actions to reduce overall conversion time, assist mechanics with production / equipment issues, walk the production line looking for potential maintenance items to prevent machine malfunction or repair equipment accordingly. This equipment could include cuppers, bodymakers, printers, washers, spray equipment, neckers and flangers as well as other production machinery.
