Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage mobile devices and ensure they are configured correctly for optimal performance.
- Oversee computer management tasks including installations, updates, and maintenance.
- Utilize Jira for tracking technical issues and managing support tickets effectively.
- Implement and manage SCCM for software distribution and patch management.
- Administer network systems to ensure connectivity and security across all devices.
- Support Windows Server environments, ensuring reliable operation and performance.
- Assist with Meraki configurations for network management as needed.
- Maintain LAN infrastructure to ensure efficient data communication within the organization.
- Troubleshoot operating systems issues across various platforms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in desktop support or IT support roles with a strong focus on customer service.
- Familiarity with mobile device management and troubleshooting techniques.
- Solid understanding of computer management principles and best practices.
- Experience using Jira for issue tracking is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of SCCM for software deployment is a plus but not required.
- Strong skills in network administration, particularly in LAN environments.
- Proficient in managing Windows Server systems effectively.
- Ability to troubleshoot various operating systems efficiently.
