Managers/Estimators to fill new positions within the area that are knowledgeable in Fire & Water Restoration, Mold, Asbestos and Construction as it pertains to Insurance and Non-Insurance related work. This individual must be self-motivated with strong communication
skills as well as a focus on detail. Experience within the insurance industry working with
homeowners and insurance adjusters is a plus.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and will offer benefits and bonus potential.

Essential Functions
Oversee processes relating to customers and take care of customer needs
Manage relationships with centers of influence (COIs), insurance adjusters, etc.
Oversee scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following company guidelines
Planning, Budgeting, and Team Execution
Manage budgets, change orders, purchase orders and subcontractors.
Manage job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies
Train, manage, and recruit production personnel
Create and/or review job scopes and ensure accuracy and clarity
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
Communicate effectively with all levels and across the organization.
Review all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff
is ready to do the job efficiently
Requirements
· 3 years’ experience in the Fire and Water Restoration industry is a plus.
· Ability to manage several projects at once.
· Excellent leadership and communication skills.
· Knowledgeable at estimating, job costing, and quality control.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook®, Excel®, and Word®.
· Proficient with Xactimate® estimating software a plus.
· A valid driver's license with a reasonable driving record.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
