Job Summary
The Digital Shelf Content Manager brings a holistic approach to driving e-commerce performance. This is a role for a thinker/doer driven by curiosity with a creative problem-solving mindset. The digital shelf is not just the product detail page (PDP) or brand feature page, it’s an opportunity to deepen our brands’ relationship with consumers— through content that informs and empowers consumers to purchase the best products for themselves and their families. The DSC Manager optimizes this opportunity space using e-commerce analytics, a creative eye, brand strategy, and consumer insights. This role supports the Consumer Skincare portfolio of brands(StriVectin, PanOxyl, Blue Lizard Sunscreen, and more) and reports to the Director of Digital Media and Brand Engagement.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day functions of Salsify product information management software, including content upload, audit, sharing, and publication.
- Manage Syndigo information and auditing
- Develop and implement search engine optimization strategy for eCommerce search engines.
- Optimize retailer.com and Amazon content for conversion.
- Utilizing retailer PDP scorecards and content auditing software, monitor product ratings and reviews to ensure review quantity, quality and average rating are in line with retailer and consumer expectations. Share findings with internal and external teams as appropriate to action consumer feedback and optimize PDP content.
- Serve as in-house subject matter expert on retail partners’ style guides and requirements to sell products online.
- Ensure the accuracy of content on Amazon and retailers’ websites.
- Collaborate with brand managers, trade marketing, creative team, and Regulatory Affairs to enhance, update, and correct eCommerce content as appropriate.
- Monitor industry trends to identify gaps and opportunities to optimize 3rd party retailer and Amazon content.
- Utilize analytics to monitor traffic, customer behavior, sales trends, and feedback to gain consumer insights.
- Ensure brands’ presence on Amazon and 3rd party retailer sites support key strategic initiatives, product launches, top sellers, seasonal campaigns, and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing , Digital Marketing, or related; 3-5 years experience
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics
- Basic SQL or Excel Power Query experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Time management and prioritizing skills and experience delivering to strict deadlines
- Project management experience preferred, not required
- Salsify experience preferred, not required
