Crown Health Care Laundry Services is a fast-growing Pensacola, FL based company that serves healthcare companies across the Southeast and is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. You Enjoy:
- Setting up new vendors and maintaining vendor files
- Reviewing invoices coded to the correct GL account based on the chart of accounts
- Reconcile Linen invoices received in plant to the GL
- Monitoring Aging Report and making payments timely
- Process checks, sending them by mail and filing completed invoice package
- Maintaining files for all vendors which include invoices, PO, receiving docs and check stubs
- Fielding calls/e-mails, researching and resolving issues.
- Maintaining vendor W-9s. Prepare 1099’s at year end
- Completing credit applications for new vendors
- Coordinating invoice approvals from appropriate management
- Identifying invoices requiring use tax
- Assisting with maintenance of company issued credit cards and related reports
- Monitoring invoices/statements for inappropriate charges

You Have:
- Proficiency in MS Suite
- Experience with Sage 100, SAP Concur, and Fraxion/E-requester preferred
- Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting or Finance)
