Film Location Coordinator

Crown Recruiting is thrilled to partner with a well-established family-owned ag company in the Lytton, IA area to find an experienced Location Manager for their new facility. Location Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee approximately seven location employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries or complaints
• Manage P&L, inventory, and staff scheduling to optimize operations
• Stay current on all products and services to consult with producers and provide product demonstrations
• Establish and implement organizational policies and goals, analyzing budgets to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Promote agronomy products, including seed, fertilizer, and chemicals

Location Manager Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in agronomy or related fields
• Strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellent customer service
• Comprehensive knowledge of agronomy products and services
• Proficiency in budget analysis and operational management
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to consult with producers and demonstrate product use
• Physical ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
