Location Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise location employees and lead customer service efforts, addressing inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Manage daily operations related to grain, farm supplies, energy, and agronomy, including planning, inventory, sales, and maintenance.
- Maintain expertise in all products and services, providing consultations and product demonstrations to producers.
- Develop and implement organizational policies and goals, analyzing the budget for potential cost reductions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards in grain handling.
- Promote agronomy products such as seed, fertilizer, and chemicals.
Location Manager Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of management experience
- Experience in agronomy, grain business, or related fields
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds
- Strong leadership and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of agronomy products and services
- Proficient in budget analysis and operational management
- Excellent communication skills for consulting with producers and demonstrating product uses
