Now Hiring : 3rd Shift Production Position – Franklin, OH
Crown Staffing is currently seeking qualified candidates for a 3rd Shift Production position in Franklin, OH . This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team within a fast-paced production environment.
Pay :Requirements for Production :
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong attendance record
- Operate mixers, three-roll mills, and ring mills
- Operate gather / weigh equipment
- Enter data into and monitor manufacturing control PLCs
- Make operating adjustments as necessary
- Troubleshoot equipment and ensure smooth operation
- Operate press-out units and manage packaging / labeling of finished goods
- Operate canning lines and tub washers
- Perform stock rotation and minimize partial containers
- Lead inventory counting teams and complete inventory cycle counts
- Operate lift trucks after training and passing the forklift certification course
- Read, understand, and follow batch tickets to meet production schedules
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement changes
- Ability to train on 1st shift
