CNC Turret Set Up and Operator Job Details
Monday - Friday | 7am - 3:30pm | $20/hr
- Overtime possible and mandatory
CNC Turret Set Up and Operator Requirements
- Proven experience operating turret machines or similar CNC equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
About the CNC Turret Set Up and Operator Role
As a CNC Turret Set Up and Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Set up and configure turret machines according to production specifications, including tool alignments, changes and adjustments.
- Load and unload materials onto turret machines as required.
- Conduct routine maintenance on turret machines to ensure they are in good working condition, including cleaning and lubricating parts.
- Inspect finished products for quality and precision, ensuring they meet required specifications.
- Maintain accurate production records, including machine setup logs, production counts, and quality checks.
- Other duties as assigned
