Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our Call Center. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist clients in setting up their online banking accounts, answering a high volume of incoming calls, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive banking experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, regarding online banking setup and related services.
- Guide clients through the online banking registration process, ensuring they understand how to access their accounts and utilize various features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to online banking, including login problems, password resets, and functionality inquiries.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding bank products, services, and policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved effectively and to gather feedback on their experience.
- Stay up-to-date with new online banking features, products, and company policies to provide informed assistance.
- Uphold privacy and compliance protocols while handling customer information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Proficient with computers and familiar with online banking systems and software applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
