The Crowne Plaza Dallas Downtown, a 300-room upscale hotel with 30,000 sq. ft. of meeting and banquet space, is seeking service-oriented Lead Front Desk Agent. You need experience in a full-service hotel, have a reputation for delivering truly exceptional service and experienced in OPERA. We are looking for high energy, friendly, service-oriented individuals.

Requirements:
MUST have Opera Property System experience!
3 - 5 years as a Front Desk Agent required.
Handle guest complaints.
Assist the front desk staff with any concerns or issues that may arise.
Must be very organized, quick thinking, and good with numbers.
Greet all guests in a friendly manner.
Must have open availability.
Must be capable of working weekends.
MUST have Opera Property System experience!
Other Front Desk Requirements:
Maintain and improve the quality of the guest experience and have a welcoming attitude.
Assist guest services, housekeeping, and engineering team.
Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled, and accurate information is established.
Follow set procedures on posting charges and refunds.
Maximize efforts toward productivity, identify problem areas, and assist in implementing solutions.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
Ideal candidate must have the ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, be a team player, and be able to creatively think and work within the full spectrum of all that is involved to be successful as a front desk agent.
MUST have Opera Property System experience!
