What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeping Inspector position at Crowne Plaza Knoxville?
We’re looking for a professional, experienced housekeeping inspector to perform impeccable housekeeping services and provide our guests with a safe and clean environment for an exceptional stay with us. You’ll help lead the housekeeping team, ensure team members comply with high standards of cleanliness and sanitation protocol, and oversee the housekeeping boards. Experience in a supervisory role overseeing housekeeping staff or a similar role is recommended. - Track of areas cleaned by room attendants and contact the front office to handle room damage or maintenance needs
- Arrange for cleaning equipment repairs as needed and keep all other equipment in good working condition
- Help monitor the housekeeping department, including the cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas daily
- This position requires a high school diploma or GED
- Over 3 years of experience as an executive housekeeper, housekeeping manager, or similar
- Strong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
- Over 2 years of experience in guest services or hospitality
