• Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning and adherence to financial guidelines.
• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary resources and services.
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation.
• Manage event registration processes, including attendee registration, ticketing, and guest lists.
• Coordinate event marketing and promotion efforts, including the creation of event materials, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Oversee event setup, including arranging seating, decorations, signage, and audiovisual requirements.
• Provide on-site event management, including troubleshooting issues, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth event flow.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and analysis to measure event success and identify areas for improvement.
