• Review design plan and determine number of workstations needing equipment.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment and ensure Capex has related quotes.
• Validate cable options and develop a low voltage plan with contractors.
• Confirm IDE space is adequate for size of space and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion.
• Develop desktop installation plan and ensure resources are available for go live support.
• Ensure printers are appropriately placed and functioning according to operations requirements.
• Participate in box walk scheduled by contractor to ensure correct placement of all power and data locations.
• Upon delivery, receive and stage equipment and ensure all applications are installed.

- Coordinate and track with vendors and internal network team for WAN circuit installs
- Organize and coordinate internal IT resources
- Deployment of networking(WAN and LAN)
- Deployment of deskside equipment
- Deployment of printers
- Work with PMO team on timing, coordination, resourcing
- Provide project updates to leadership
- Track risks and contingencies and communicate to team and leaders
- Coordinate and organize equipment orders
- Track change orders
