HR Administrator Responsibilities:
- Process new hire onboarding paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Manage I-9 forms, including E-verifications, in accordance with legal requirements.
- Process employee terminations, ensuring all documentation and systems are updated.
- Handle and manage court-mandated requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform regular employee data maintenance to keep records accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with payroll-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Take on additional duties as assigned to support the HR team and organization.
Qualifications for HR Administrator:
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and work well with others.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in HR systems and office software.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and in-person).
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
- HR and/or payroll experience is a plus but not required.
