Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure an elevated and seamless client journey from consultation to treatment.
• Motivate, manage, and develop team members to consistently exceed performance standards.
• Hire, train, and onboard staff to align with our luxury service model and company values.
• Track KPIs and implement strategies to meet sales goals, maximize productivity, and improve client retention.
• Drive in-house marketing efforts and collaborate on digital/social media strategies.
• Manage scheduling, supply ordering, and inventory to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and safety protocols.
• Review business metrics weekly to assess trends, opportunities, and ROI.
• Leverage EMR systems and booking platforms (e.g., Vagaro) to enhance client management and follow-ups.
• Support sales of packages and memberships, upsell treatments, and lead by example in client education.
• Maintain spa standards for cleanliness, ambiance, and brand representation.
• For licensed candidates: Perform advanced aesthetic treatments when needed.

Physical & Technical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable using Apple products, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and social platforms.
• Proficiency with EMR/CRM systems (Vagaro or similar).
• Familiarity with lighting setup for high-quality before/after photos is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience managing a medical spa generating a minimum of $1 million in annual revenue, with a proven track record of growing revenue year over year.
• 3 years of total management experience in a medical spa, plastic surgery, or aesthetics setting preferred.
• California Esthetician or RN license strongly preferred.
• Advanced certifications in body contouring, lasers, or injectables are a plus.
• Sales-minded with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and client-focused demeanor.
• Must be available for some evenings and weekends.
