Who We Are
s purpose is to lower cost , improve quality , and broaden access to health care in the Heartland by catalyzing new delivery models, using whole health principles, that can be replicated to disrupt the national health care crisis .
Construction of the Institute’s permanent 75,000-square-foot facility is underway with the goal of opening in 2025. The Institute will be located on the campus of Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art near Alice L.
Walton School of Medicine in Bentonville, Arkansas.
About The Position
The Program Assistant, Community Engagement, will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of community-based programs and events.
Job Responsibilities
- Support scheduling for the Community Engagement Team members.
- Organize internal and external meetings, including notifying attendees, reserving conference rooms, managing logistics, drafting and distributing agendas / materials, reporting and taking minutes as needed.
- Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables, reporting progress and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Coordinate travel logistics including flights, transportation, lodging and any other travel support as needed.
- Effectively communicate and work with the Community Engagement team for facility needs, resources, supplies and setup for programs.
- Manage credit card reports and departmental expenses, including monitoring project budgets, tracking and submitting expenses on time and supporting the department’s overall administrative budget.
- Other duties as requested to meet department and organizational needs.

Work will be performed in an office environment full-time (Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m.) The noise level in the work environment is typically low to moderate.
Occasional evening and weekend work hours, and some local travel will be required.
