What You'll Do
- Manage relationships with multiple customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact.
- Collaborate with pricing and leadership teams to develop strategies and meet customer needs.
- Drive new opportunities by tracking requests, following up, and closing sales.
- Monitor performance metrics, ensure on-time delivery, and troubleshoot quality concerns.
- Lead product launches and identify upselling opportunities to grow customer programs.
- Mentor and support internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Travel to customer sites, coordinate meetings, and maintain professional relationships.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or 5 years in customer service or sales, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience in extrusion, fabrication, or coatings is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Lean Principles and ISO quality systems.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings and thrive in team and individual settings.
