What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resort Reservations Sales Agent position at Crystal Springs Resort?
Crystal Springs is looking for energetic, well-spoken part time and full time Reservation Agents to book golf tee times, hotel stays, dining reservations and spa appointments via telephone from its central reservations office in Hamburg, NJ. The Reservations Sales Agent is a key position in how Crystal Springs functions, and we are eagerly looking for applicants that have a love for hospitality and want to be a part of dynamic team where possibilities to earn money and advance their career are endless.
We are currently looking for PT and FT Reservation Sales Agents.
Requirements:
- MUST have strong computer skills
- Must have a willingness to learn and be trained on different computer software (We currently use 3 different computer programs and will provide you with training on all)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service experience in a fast paced work environment
- A background in Sales is preferred.
- Reliable transportation is a must as we are open year-round regardless of weather.
Open availability is required. Days, nights, and weekends on a rotating schedule.
- The department is open from 7am-10pm 365 days a year!
- We are hiring for full time positions.
- All positions are hourly starting at $15.00 per hour plus sizable commissions & incentives.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
- PAID TRAINING
- This is NOT a remote job. You must be able to reliable commute to our office in Hamburg NJ

Compensation:
- Full Time Employee: $15 Per Hour Sizable Commission for Immediate Hire!
- Part Time Employee: $15 per hour
