Job Summary: Applicant is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by serving beverages and snacks on the course in a timely, friendly, and professional manner. The role involves driving the beverage cart around the course, taking orders, restocking the cart, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the beverage cart around the golf course or event space, ensuring guests are served promptly and efficiently.
- Take beverage and snack orders from guests and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep the beverage cart stocked with a variety of beverages, snacks, and other related products.
- Ensure the cart is clean, well-maintained, and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management of any product shortages.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and requests.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and accurately charge guests for items.
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure the proper supply of food and drinks for service.
- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude, representing the business in a positive manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, etc.).
