Job Description:
As the Real Estate Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This position requires a licensed real estate professional with a strong background in administrative tasks and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, responding to inquiries and providing updates on property transactions, collecting reviews and management client flows.
- Transaction Coordination: Manage real estate transactions, including managing paperwork, contracts, and deadlines.
- Listing Management: Create and update property listings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Database Management: Maintain and organize client databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate appointments, property showings, and other activities for real estate agents.
- Market Research: Conduct research on the real estate market, development, and industry trends.
- Document Preparation: Draft and edit documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, including social media promotion, e-flyers, and advertisement.
Qualifications:
- Active Real Estate License: Must hold a valid real estate license in Texas.
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, CRM software, and other real estate tools and social media platforms such as Tiktok, IG, YouTube and Meta.
- Customer Focus: A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- College degree preferred.
- Active real estate license.
- Previous experience in a real estate administrative role is preferred.
