Job Summary:
The Lead Setter is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and scheduling potential customers for consultations with our sales team. This position plays a critical role in generating and nurturing leads, ensuring they are accurately tracked and managed within Salesforce, our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Schedule consultations or appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Accurately input and update all lead information in Salesforce to maintain a clean and organized database.
Customer Engagement:
- Engage potential customers with a professional and friendly demeanor, understanding their needs and providing relevant information about our products and services.
- Follow up on inquiries to ensure timely responses and foster strong customer relationships.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align with lead generation strategies and ensure smooth handoffs to sales representatives.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and customer trends to improve outreach efforts.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates, appointment schedules, and follow-up outcomes.
- Utilize Salesforce dashboards and reports to monitor progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a similar role. Familiarity with the countertop fabrication industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Comfortable using email and communication platforms.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
