This is an exciting opportunity to drive deal-making, alliances, and investment strategy within a biotech at a critical stage of growth.
- Develop and execute the business development strategy, identifying and securing high-value partnerships.
- Lead in-licensing and out-licensing discussions for assets in preclinical and clinical stages.
- Negotiate and close collaborations, joint ventures, and strategic alliances with biopharma partners.
- Work closely with the executive team on fundraising, M&A, and corporate strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with biopharma, investors, and VC partners.
- 10 years in biotech BD, corporate development, or investment.
- Proven track record of closing deals, partnerships, and licensing agreements.
- Expertise in Oncology, Neurology, or Immunology with a strong understanding of drug development.
- Strong network with biopharma, biotech investors, and VC firms.
- Experience in a VC-backed or emerging biotech is highly desirable.
