This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in plant operations, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do :
- Lead & Develop - Manage and mentor a team of engineers, maintenance managers, and supervisors to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Optimize Maintenance & Reliability - Oversee predictive / preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset lifespan and minimize downtime.
- Drive Capital Projects - Plan and execute capital and expense projects, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Enhance Operations - Identify opportunities to improve productivity, safety, and operational efficiency through innovative engineering solutions.
- Vendor & Compliance Management - Source and evaluate contractors / suppliers and ensure regulatory compliance across all plant activities.
- Continuous Improvement - Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance plant reliability and efficiency.
