Job Description
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to donors while ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the plasma donation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with donors by providing attentive and responsive service.
- Conduct thorough interviews with donors to gather relevant information and assess their suitability for donation.
- Administer the pheresis process under the supervision of trained personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and pheresis outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the donation process.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
