Role Description
- Find the right people: Identify and contact athletic directors, league officials, and state associations that need our services.
- Get meetings on the books – Schedule and run intro calls to show exactly how CSZ Network makes their lives easier.
- Keep the pipeline moving by Following up, answering questions, and ensuring prospects don’t get overlooked.
- Close deals and drive adoption. Guide schools, leagues, and associations through onboarding and get them actively using the CSZ Network.
- Collaborate with the team – Work closely with sales, product, and customer success to refine messaging and improve the process.
Qualifications
- You can sell – Whether it’s sales experience, recruiting, or just being naturally persuasive, you know how to get people to listen.
- You’re competitive – You don’t just hit goals, you aim to beat them.
- You get sports – Bonus points if you’ve worked in or around high school athletics, but at minimum, you know how sports programs operate.
- You’re a hustler – This role takes initiative. If you wait to be told what to do, this isn’t for you.
- You know your way around tech – CRM tools, email automation, scheduling software—it’s all part of the job.
Salary : $40,000 - $150,000
