What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Customer Service Representative position at CT Asthma & Allergy Center?
CT Asthma and Allergy Center is looking for Full Time Phone Operator who will operate as part of a team within our Practice. This position will require you to provide excellent customer service skills over the phone in a fast-paced office setting. EPIC experience recommended.

Specific Duties will include:
- Handling of both Inbound and Outbound call volume
- Scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
- Follow specific Provider Scheduling Guidelines
- Taking messages from callers and routing them to the correct party
- Calling patients to relay messages from Providers and confirm appointments
- Working with Providers, Medical Assistants, Nurses and Scribes to ensure patients’ needs are met.
- Additional duties may be assigned based on the needs of the practice.
