Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and sell new business partnerships for club assets to achieve annual revenue goals.
- Design tailored sponsorship packages that meet the specific needs and objectives of corporate partners, maximizing their exposure at games and events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist in developing and executing strategy for the department alongside the CRO.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts in collaboration with legal and financial teams to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
- Work closely with marketing, ticket sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements and promotional activities.
- Manage individual and team pipelines via a CRM system.
- Develop innovative platforms and programs to drive incremental revenue.
- Be knowledgeable of all industry best practices and stay on top of industry trends.
- Attend networking events to develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective partners.
- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate partnership performance, refine sales pitches, and deliver value-driven reports to partners.
- Prepare quarterly and annual reports on partnership revenue, pipeline activity, and partner satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned.
