Job Title: IT Project Manager

Location: 100% Remote Role, but prefer Charlotte, NC area

Pay Rate: $60.00/hour to $70.00/hour

Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or relevant certification is advantageous.

Description

The IT Project Manager will create communication plans for projects or programs, detailing expected timing and methods. Responsibilities include overseeing the project's alignment and deliverables with the Global Sourcing Partner (Vendor), monitoring and aiding in resolving project issues, facilitating retrospective meetings, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
• Employ Agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop project plans, financial tracking, risk management plans, and project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Processes, including compliance with Governance and Compliance models (SOX, NIST, DoD).
• Act as a servant leader to meet key milestones and resolve technical or operational problems.
• Frequently connect with customers to understand their needs and the value of the provided solution or service.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong understanding of business and operational processes.
• Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Required Certification:

• Project Management Institute PMP Certified

Technical Domain Knowledge (as Project Lead in at least ONE of the following areas):

• SAP ECC (implementations, upgrades, cutovers, testing cycles)
• Salesforce.com (implementations, upgrades, cutovers, testing cycles)
• Manufacturing Engineering Systems/Production Traceability
• M365 product suite (Teams, MS Exchange, SharePoint Online, Copilot)
• Application Rationalization (decommissioning, migration strategy, product sets)
• UKG Pro product suite (finance/HR product implementation)

Skills & Certifications Desired:

• Knowledge of Product Service Delivery Model.
• 7 years of prior experience as a Project Manager with domain expertise.
• 5 years of direct supervisory experience of virtual teams.
• Experience with Planview Modules, Agile Tools (JIRA, Confluence, GitLab).
• Experience with Digital Transformation and automation of project management processes.
• Scrum Certified, Agile Certified.
• Domain Certifications in SAP, SFDC, Cyber Security, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, Infrastructure.
