Job Overview

The Director, Human Resources Operations will work directly with leaders and participate in business planning and human capital management to execute a strategy to enhance human capital that contributes to the achievement of business objectives.  This position will focus on the retention and development of our team members while driving business needs, organization design, workforce planning, change management, and HR enterprise risk management.   

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen HR’s position as a key business partner and trusted advisory function by supporting critical business needs. He/she will manage daily operational requirements with continuous improvement mindset.
  • Align HR talent strategy to key business requirements. Enhance HR capability to identify and support growth initiatives. Develop team to strengthen the pipeline of HRBP talent.
  • Assist the corporate team in regulatory reporting, payroll processing, and system training.
  • Analyze performance gaps and organizational trends to identify targeted actions and HR programs that mitigate people-related risks and support the business problem-solving.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure diverse work environments, which engage, retain, and leverage our dynamic workforce.
  • Play an active role in the evaluation of talent and development.
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, and other key departments to jointly develop and implement programs that are innovative and keep the workforce ready for the future while successfully addressing business needs.
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    What we need from you:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources Management and/or Communications
    • Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience and a minimum of 5 years at the HR management level.
    • Experience in the manufacturing field is required.
    • Experience in an operational role outside of HR is a plus.
    • Possesses experience and knowledge in key aspects of Human Resources such as talent management, organizational design, reward and recognition, leadership development, and workforce planning.
    • Demonstrates strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
    • Understands the complexities of a global HR service delivery model.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft suite of products
    • Strong networking and negotiation skills
    • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
    • Team player with strong attention to detail
    • Proven history of meeting deadlines
    • Excellent organization and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a face-paced, open environment

    Salary : $118,000 - $150,000
