Job Overview
The Director, Human Resources Operations will work directly with leaders and participate in business planning and human capital management to execute a strategy to enhance human capital that contributes to the achievement of business objectives. This position will focus on the retention and development of our team members while driving business needs, organization design, workforce planning, change management, and HR enterprise risk management.

What we need from you:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resources Management and/or Communications
- Minimum 8 years of Human Resources experience and a minimum of 5 years at the HR management level.
- Experience in the manufacturing field is required.
- Experience in an operational role outside of HR is a plus.
- Possesses experience and knowledge in key aspects of Human Resources such as talent management, organizational design, reward and recognition, leadership development, and workforce planning.
- Demonstrates strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
- Understands the complexities of a global HR service delivery model.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft suite of products
- Strong networking and negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Proven history of meeting deadlines
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to work in a face-paced, open environment
