Requirements
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Sales Operations Associate, you will assist with the acquisition and onboarding of new customers acting as a go between for sales and operations. You will work with the sales team and management to assist with managing leads from referral partners, track client interactions and support the overall sales process. Duties may include engagement letter processing, revising, editing, and submitting forms, record keeping, researching, CRM maintenance, and creating lead lists, and other related tasks. This role is a vital member of our sales team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in maintaining sales team’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, travel, and ensuring they meet deadlines.
- Act as a conduit of information between sales and operations. Channel information to the appropriate department as requested, or at the discretion of the Sales Operations Representative.
- Interact with other departments, channeling information to the appropriate parties.
- Forecasts sales by studying and understanding past data and performance trends.
- Provide administrative support by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintain existing sales reports and design new reports as needed. Participates in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of data.
- Assist the Sales Operations Senior Associate and Managing Sales Director in the upkeep and updating of sales technology and tools.
- Act as a back-up and provide support to the BDR – Partnerships role as requested.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, including patience, a friendly attitude, empathy towards internal/external stakeholders, and with the appropriate sense of urgency.
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical skills and reasoning abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable, willing to evolve and meet changing organizational needs.
- Capable of handling sensitive data with confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to recognize when an incident needs to be escalated.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to CTI’s study process, quality control requirements, and management expectations.
- Familiarity with (or willingness to learn) maintaining databases, marketing and sales automation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 1 years’ of administrative experience.
- Minimum 1 years’ of Salesforce experience.
