The award-winning Courtyard by Marriott Youngstown-Canfield is seeking dedicated Hotel Front Desk Agents to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.
Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Manage guest requests promptly and effectively
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a hotel setting
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Strong hospitality and guest relations skills
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Front desk agents start at $14.00 per hour
Bi-weekly pay.

Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
