Your days will include sourcing candidates through various channels, partnering with Hiring Managers on interview and selection procedures, and hosting or participating in hiring events. What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like
- Coordinating with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
- Conducting strategy calls and determining selection criteria
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks), sourcing platforms, and responses to posted positions
- Planning interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
- Working with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and potential interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Participating in employer branding initiatives
- Organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events
- Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, education partners, and business leaders
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role
- Adept with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in addition to sourcing and presentation skills
- A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
- 4-year degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
