- Support sales management by preparing reports and analyzing account performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in an accounts or sales support role is preferred.
- Familiarity with cold calling techniques and inside sales processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
