What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Culligan of Southern Minnesota?
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to work in our Marshall MN office. The CSR position involves a great deal of customer interaction both in person and over the phone.
Activities include scheduling service, delivery and sales visits, fielding a wide variety of customer questions, maintaining customer records, handling counter sales, completing daily bank deposit, collections and other outbound customer phone calls. Additionally this person will have a high amount of civic involvement. We are active in several local chambers and participate in local shows, fairs and community events. Internally, this role requires the ability to work within a team environment and requires excellent communication and computer skills. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, genuinely love working with people, self-motivated, a skilled time manager, and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook.
