Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Training Coordinator to collaborate with our team and lead the development of our NetSuite training programs. In this role, you’ll create training materials, develop engaging presentations, design training videos, and establish SOPs to streamline our ERP processes. You’ll also play a pivotal role in our "train-the-trainer" programs to help empower employees across all locations. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact while traveling up to 25% of the time.

- A Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 2-4 years of training experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong ability to teach in an engaging, learnable way
- Excellent coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to other locations (up to 25%)
