Our client seeks a stellar Associate Attorney to join their team!

- Role Target Start Date: 2 weeks upon offer
- Relocation: Full Relocation Provided
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Associate to join our Miami office. The ideal candidate will have a background as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and a strong passion for advocating on behalf of personal injury victims.
Key Result Areas:
- Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.
- Stay current with developments in personal injury law and related fields.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant U.S. Attorney or in a similar role. (required)
- Proven track record of handling personal injury cases.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
