Our client seeks a stellar Associate Attorney to join their team!

• Role Title: Associate Attorney
• Role Duration: Direct Hire
• Role Location: Onsite Miami FL
• Role Location Requirement: US based
• Role Work Schedule: Mon - Fri
• Role Target Start Date: 2 weeks upon offer
• Relocation: Full Relocation Provided

Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Associate to join our Miami office. The ideal candidate will have a background as an Assistant U.S. Attorney and a strong passion for advocating on behalf of personal injury victims.

Key Result Areas:

• Handle a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.
• Stay current with developments in personal injury law and related fields.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant U.S. Attorney or in a similar role. (required)
• Proven track record of handling personal injury cases.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
