Job Summary :
Ensure efficient Agency operations by providing administrative assistance and support to the Financial Manager and various agency programs. Delivers home-delivered meals. Backup to receptionist. Data collection and submission for multiple programs.
Essential Job Functions :
Delivers home-delivered meals on route to older adults typically once weekly, but up to twice weekly dependent upon volunteer availability.Reports to and assists Financial Manager with Fiscal Agent program and other related duties as assigned.Order home-delivered meals.Assists in data entry for meals, Senior Centers / CoPilot, and other assigned programs.Schedules and monitors agency vehicles for maintenance (2-3 vehicles).Monthly, collect donation boxes from the six Senior Centers throughout the county.Provide customer service and information as first point of contact for the Agency when acting as one of the backups to the receptionist.Track incoming calls into SAMS system and direct to appropriate staff.Process incoming and outgoing departmental communications when acting as receptionist, to include mail, faxes and email.Assists administratively and clerically with the Information and Referral unit, and other departments within the agency as assigned.Clerical support with filing, shredding, mailing, etc.Processes and maintains electronic files and data into SAMS and Laser fiche.Staff are often cross-trained dependent upon programmatic needs and availability.Uses computer and other office equipment.Receive Protective Services training.Performs other job-related functions as required.Minimum Requirements to Perform the Work :
