What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate AR Account Representative position at Curbell, Inc.?
Essential Functions
- Provide copies of invoices, statements & POD's as requested, note accounts in CRM. Assist with issues customers may have upon receiving them. Monitor & reply to any requests on our AR extension hotline. Review & distribute correspondences that come into our lockbox to the proper party. Assist with various AR administrative projects as requested by the AR leadership team.
- Perform credit reviews on new & existing customer by utilizing Dunn & Bradstreet and internal credit review functions to determine proper credit limits of our customer base.
- Provide feedback to AR Account Representatives on invoice, POD, Statements tracking and processes through monthly meetings.
- Assist with contacting customers on past due invoices days past due & provide back-up for credit hold releases, as needed.
- Document Dunning statement replies on each specified account. Assist with resolving any issues within the notification as requested by the customer, AR Collection Coordinator & Supervisor.

Education
An Associate Degree in Business or Finance preferred.
Experience
Required- 4 year(s): A minimum of four years of experience in an administrative role or customer service is preferred.
Education
