As an Administrative Assistant, you are the face of the clinic and will be working directly with patients. We are seeking people who have a pleasant demeanor, excellent customer service skills, a good attitude and who are skilled in handling a wide array of duties and competing priorities. The ability to communicate, work with computer software, stand for long periods of time, handle patient education, assist with physical modalities and attention to detail is required. Due to the nature of healthcare work, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality are crucial.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist new and current patients, do patient check-ins and check-outs, collect money, and schedule appointments.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective and current patients.
- Assist the chiropractor with patients doing modalities and exercises.
- Enter patient information into the electronic health record system.
- Manage the patient flow during busy times in the clinic, answer phones, and respond to patient inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and professional working environment.
- Communicate and conduct business in a professional code of conduct.
- Open and close the clinic, securing the equipment and loose items before locking up.
- Provide requested reporting to Curis as needed.
- Support social media campaigns.
- Engage in Curis as a supportive and cooperative business partner.

- Highly motivated and a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must enjoy talking with people and keeping patients' health information confidential.
- Ability to walk, squat, lift up to 30 pounds, and physically assist others.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English. Bilingual communication is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to use a computer and medical office software.
Job Type: Part-Time with the possibility of Full-Time (30-40 hours)
Hourly Rate: $14.00
