The Digital Payments Library (DPL) at Visa University is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of this critical learning platform. As a product leader, you will own and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of DPL, ensuring alignment with Visa University's broader learning goals and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic direction for DPL and create detailed product roadmaps for features and content.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to set and execute product roadmap and long-term strategy.
• Drive content strategy for DPL by identifying opportunities for new content and prioritizing high-quality learning materials.
• Define, prioritize, and deliver enhancements to DPL platform, including technical features and user experience improvements.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives.
Requirements:
• 10 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8 years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., MBA, JD, MD).
• 8 years of product management experience, ideally in EdTech, digital learning, or content delivery platforms.
• Strong track record of developing product strategies, roadmaps, and driving execution in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with learning management systems, content management systems, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate and build consensus across teams in a matrixed organization.
