Curtis Companies is an oil & gas company with related service businesses; looking for an administrative assistant with accounting experience:
- Small office environment and family owned business
- Will be assisting in payroll, A/P & A/R, invoicing out to customers, daily and monthly reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Previous office experience with a focus on administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and priortize tasks effectively
- The position is 40 hrs. a week, 401K, health insurance provided, vision, dental & life insurance available.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
