Position: Rental Technician - Non Exempt/Hourly/FT
Reports To: Dealer Principal or General Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for maintaining rentals, pressure washing, servicing and repairing
- Responsible for maintaining company core values including genuine care for others
- Completes assigned training
- Responsible for maintaining clean and organized working environment
- Communicates with the team regarding status of rental inventory
- Mechanical aptitude or experience with Bobcat machinery and their practical applications preferred

Requirements
- Proven track record of maintaining clean and organized working environment
- Must exhibit effective problem solving and communications skills
- Must exhibit aptitude and experience maintaining equipment operating standards
- Prior customer service and team-work experience strongly preferred
