- Locate, assemble, and prepare written presentation materials using multiple data sources
- Prepare letters, reports, and technical documentation adhering to Curtiss-Wright formats and branding standards

- Perform complex administrative duties including travel arrangements, expense reports, and conference preparations
- Anticipate and prepare materials for conferences and meetings

- Work autonomously and prioritize tasks according to division objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- High school graduate with completion of business school training or equivalent
- Two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Sole US citizen able to obtain and maintain DOD security clearance
