What We Offer
- Compensation - $17 - $22 an hour based on experience
- Part-time role (20-25 hours per week to start) with the potential of transitioning into a full-time position.
- Opportunity to work from home after the initial training and onboarding period
- However, this position requires in-person client visits within the OKC Metro area. Applicants must be local and be able to travel to client homes as needed.
- Project Coordination: Manage and schedule jobs between homeowners, clients, and subcontractors. Ensure all logistics are in place for successful project execution.
- Client Communication: Serve as the first point of contact, answering calls and handling client inquiries. Maintain strong client relationships through timely follow-ups via calls, texts, and emails.
- Ongoing Client Engagement: Ensure a top-notch client experience by providing project updates, sending thank-you notes after job completion, and following up months down the road.
- Marketing Support: Create and schedule engaging Facebook posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
- Operational Support: Keep office spaces organized and functional, handling small upkeep tasks as needed.
- Vehicle Maintenance Oversight: Coordinate routine maintenance such as oil changes and tire checks to keep company vehicles in top shape.
- Continued Learning: Constantly grow both technically and personally
- Organization & Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks while staying on top of deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Clear, professional, and proactive communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: A resourceful, solution-oriented approach to handling challenges.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling tools, email communication, and social media platforms.
- Proactive & Dependable: Takes initiative and follows through on responsibilities without constant supervision.

Salary : $17 - $21
